Did you know only 37% of lawyers are women and 63% are men? Law is a male-dominated field and it is very common to come across "hyper-aggressive" attorneys, especially during litigation. Divorce and custody matters are no different because it often involves high-conflict, very personal issues.
As a top family law attorney, I have always used a reasonable approach to negotiate and seek the best outcome for my clients. The negotiation process often involves non-traditional tactics and the focus is to reach a faster but favorable resolution for my clients. In my opinion, the mindless "aggressive" approach leads to a dead end-- although depending on the severity of the case, being firm and having an aggressive strategy can be necessary.
