Not a bad list of “sale pending” right now! Better yet, all but one of my listings are currently “under contract”, and the one that isn’t, just went “live” yesterday! With the open house this weekend, hopefully that will be a different story by weekends end. That being said, I have a listing shoot tomorrow in Greene on a beautiful property, a land listing shoot next week, and a listing walk through on a STUNNER here in Readfield today 🏡🌲🤩Nick Avery - Realtor
Additionally, I am currently helping rebrand two short term rentals here locally on Lake Cobbossee.
