❗️Just sold❗️Seller representation in Farmingdale for $335,000. This one was a roller coaster, but we had multiple offers not once, but TWICE due to a brief “hiccup”. In the end, we sold for well over list price. The marketing and strategy played off just as we had hoped it would. That being said, it still amazes me how every day in Real Estate is a little different. Nearly 8 years now in the industry and each deal seems to always teach me something new. Lots to be taken from this one, but a BIG congratulations to my amazing sellers Anna and Ragan on the sale of their home. I pray this brings you peace and I am so thankful for the opportunity 🙌🏡
