Meet & Welcome BACK Pat Goodwin, our new Vice President of Development & REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners!
With 13 years in real estate, including 10 years with Blanchard and Calhoun and the past three years with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners, Pat has built her career around something we value deeply: people, relationships, and helping others move forward with confidence.
Throughout her real estate career, Pat has closed more than 152 transactions totaling over $32 million in sales. She is a consistent Top Producer and Presidents Club honoree and was named the 2024 REALTORS® of Greater Augusta REALTOR® of the Year.
But Pat’s impact reaches far beyond her individual production. She has dedicated years to serving and strengthening our local real estate industry, including serving as both a local and state Director for REALTORS® of Greater Augusta and previously chairing the RPAC and Community Outreach Committees.
Her commitment to our community runs just as deep. Pat’s past leadership roles include Chair of the Augusta Technical College Board of Directors, Leadership Columbia County, and the Columbia County Convention & Visitors Bureau. She has also served on the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Columbia County Economic Development Committee. Today, she serves as Vice Chair of the Augusta University Retiree Association Board of Directors.
Before real estate, Pat spent more than 40 years building a successful career in nuclear power, energy, and information technology. That experience, paired with decades of community leadership, gives her a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge that she brings to every relationship and opportunity.
For Pat, though, real estate has always been about more than transactions. Her passion is helping people successfully navigate the process of buying, selling, or renting a home, as well as residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
Now, Pat is bringing that experience and passion for people into her new role as Vice President of Development at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners. Her focus can be summed up in three words: Cultivate. Energize. Expand.
Pat will work to cultivate relationships, energize our people and culture, and expand our company by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional REALTORS® who share our commitment to serving clients and our community at the highest level.
