Story time again🏡📚
If you’re here for the tea, this one doesn’t have a lot of it. This was a super easy transaction with a wonderful buyer who was sent to me by a Referal network that I am a part of.
I’m part of the Christian Referal network In Wichita. So he googled some realtors on that site found me and we started looking for homes just a couple months ago.
He was in town from Emporia and his main criteria was live close to his daughter and a home with a nice garage so I got to work and found him a wonderful home.
As a veteran, there were some important things that he needed.
1. A full-time realtor that could help him find a home in another town✔️
2. A realtor that was familiar with VA Loans and how to navigate Holmes through the process✔️
3. And a realtor that would help him while he was an hour and a half away✔️

I had so much fun searching with him and I was so happy to hand the keys today❤️🏡🗝️
