Last night "Flower" came out around 3:26 am and returned to her babies around 4:10. Sometime in between she sprayed something on my office porch! Grrr. Probably the pesky possum! lol

Tonight I'm going to record them. For those wondering, I'm not going to relocate them until the kits are approx 5 weeks old. I do not want to harm any of them. Everything I read - she will not move them when the kits are younger then that no matter how much I irritate her with Pinesol (however every time she sprays she is going to have to put up with Pinesol), so I'll just sit back and enjoy the pictures/videos for another few weeks!

Why can’t we just go look at houses before I get pre-approved? Because touring isn’t just ‘seeing.’ It’s imagining. Once you walk through a front door, it’s normal to start picturing your life there. And if you fall in love with a home — then find out it isn’t actually achievable — it can shift the rest of the search into “what I can’t have,” instead of helping you recognize the right fit when you see it.
I want those daydreams to be attached to something that’s truly within reach, so you’re not blindsided later by the numbers.

I’m beyond frustrated — and this needs to be said.

In the last three weeks, three separate showings resulted in doors left unlocked and homes left unsecured. This is not careless. It is a failure of fiduciary duty.

As licensed real estate agents, we are entrusted with people’s safety, privacy, and largest financial asset. Securing a home after a showing is not optional, not a courtesy, and not something to “assume someone else will handle.”

🔑 Lock every door
💡 Turn off every light
🏡 Verify the home is secured before leaving

If we can’t be trusted with the basics, we have no business holding the keys.

Sellers: this is the standard I enforce to protect your home — every time.

Today is our 9th anniversary, and all I can say is… we did it — and we’re still smiling!
What better way to celebrate than spending the day with two of our four granddaughters at the zoo? 🐾🐒🐘

This is our wonderful, blessed life — full of love, laughter, grandbabies, and grace. I’m so grateful for a marriage rooted in faith, built on friendship, and filled with joy in the everyday moments.
