Wanted to let folks know that I am available between 11-3 Thanksgiving Day & between Noon - 4pm the remainder of this weekend.

Good evening everyone! Was just headed off to bed for the night so I thought I would wish all of my current, past & potential clients to have a beautiful & blessed day (tomorrow) this Thanksgiving, spending it with all those closest to your heart. Also, giving thanks for the wonderful memories of years gone by perhaps celebrating loved ones you may have lost along the way.

I am so grateful to have been able to provide my Notary services to my clients over the past year. Thank you to each & every family who allowed me to assist them in their times of need. It was & always will be my pleasure to serve you in any way I can.

Hello everyone! I am ecstatic to announce that I passed my Loan Signing Documents course last week & am now ready, willing & able to process your home loan documents! Whether it be a standard loan, a refi or anything in between, I can legally get your paperwork drawn up for the escrow / title company! My loan signing rates are reasonable & competitive. My standard Notary duties have increased slightly due to the rising gas prices. Effective 03/22/2022, my travel fee will now be $50. When gas prices go back down I will readjust my rates. It’s been some time since I checked in with my notary public clientele, both past & present! Hope you are staying safe, healthy & happy during these uncertain times. One thing you all can be certain of, is my vow to keep both of us safe during a notarization. I will arrive with mask for any service I offer.

My prices are as follows:
$15.00 per signature, for all Notarizations, plus a $25.00 fee for travel to your location.

I do have a full-time job working for Placer County Health & Human Services, so my hours are as follows: Monday-Friday I can do a lunch time signing if in Auburn area, btwn hours of 11:30am-1:30pm. Or, I am more than happy to make arrangements after I get off work at 4:30pm to travel anywhere in Placer/Nevada counties. Weekend notarizations are possible for a small “after hours” fee of $15.00.
