If you do not need all of these items, we can draft these as separate documents for $150.00 a piece. We can also draft a Codicil to your will if only slight changes are needed for $100.00. If you are interested in the ESTATE PLANNING SPECIAL, contact our office and schedule a time to meet with Ms. Davidson who will obtain the necessary information to draft all your documents. After which one of our experienced attorneys will sit down with you to finalize every detail. Weekend appointments are always available.
We also offer MORTGAGE LOAN MODIFICATION assistance for your 1st and 2nd mortgage which is only available until the end of 2012 pursuant to the governmental limits. This government approved stimulus program is available for all struggling homeowners.
