I can’t tell you how many times people have told me that I won’t have a job in a few years because of AI. But the reality is my clients continue to grow! They don’t want to meet on Zoom. They want to meet in person. And more and more I hear clients share that our attorney client relationship provides them with the personal connection and trust they want in a planner. I firmly believe that we will continue to live in a world where human connection and relationships still take priority, even when advancements and technologies want to tell us they’re not needed.

We work so hard to create spaces and conversations with clients where they feel connected, heard, understood, and, most importantly, they have peace of mind at the end of their planning.

It may only be May, but we’re already planning ahead for Fall 2026 so special needs students can start the school year with the support they need.

The Special Needs Ministry Network is partnering together to provide 500 backpacks for special needs students throughout Southeast Michigan, as well as backpacks for special needs teachers. Each bag will include traditional school supplies along with sensory support items to help students feel prepared and cared for in the classroom.

Starting early gives us time to gather everything needed and make a meaningful impact before the school year begins. If you’d like to help, you can purchase items directly from the Amazon wish list.

There are seasons where you give everything
where you show up, work hard, serve faithfully, and push beyond what’s comfortable. That’s extreme output.

But just as important is knowing when to step back. To rest. To reset. To be still. That’s extreme rest.

And holding it all together is daily discipline.

The quiet choices no one sees.
The consistency when motivation fades.
The commitment to keep going, even when it’s not convenient.

Without discipline, output burns out.
Without rest, discipline breaks down.

But together, they create a life that’s sustainable.
