FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTORS - HEADS UP FOR DENTON COUNTY: If you need a TRO to stop a foreclosure done there, we'll need AT LEAST 2 weeks notice because we're going to have to do an emergency appeal (a mandamus) from District court to the Appellate court and request a stay of the foreclosure in Appellate court. They are all being assigned to the 431st, and that judge has now begun summarily denying them without a hearing and then denying requests for a conference as to the reason for the denial or a hearing to reconsider.
