Real estate has been a little quieter than the typical busy summer flow lately, and if I’m being honest, this business can really test your faith, patience, and consistency sometimes. 🤍

But even in slower or busy seasons, I’m still here:

Ripley Parks and Recreation Pool and Waterslide is looking forward to welcoming everyone back for another fun summer season! 🌊

We are excited to announce several recent renovations and upgrades, including newly renovated pool bathrooms, resurfacing of much of the pool, a brand-new splash pad, and a completely rebuilt waterslide platform. We cannot wait for the community to enjoy these improvements all summer long!

Best of all, admission prices will remain the same!!
• Ages 4 and up — $12
•Ages 3 and under — Free
• Senior Citizens (62+) — $6
• Military/Veterans with ID — $6

Pool Hours:
Monday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Tentatively, we plan to open on June 1, 2026, pending final construction completion.
If for any reason this opening date must be delayed, we will make a public announcement as soon as possible.

Private pool parties are available for booking at www.ripleytnparks.com.

Monday after a full weekend of real estate looks a little like this:

• Buyer follow-ups + setting up MLS searches
• Listing check-ins
• Vendor referrals
• Zoom training + continued learning
• Running comps for multiple clients
• Negotiating deals behind the scenes

A lot of this job happens outside of showings and closings, but helping people navigate such big decisions is something I never take lightly.
