Nicole Whalen received her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law in 2007. She has been a licensed attorney and member of the State Bar of Georgia and American Bar Association since 2008. She is an active member of Oasis Family Life Church and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. She also travels throughout Metro Atlanta and volunteers her time at Home Buying Seminars and First Time Home Buying Programs because it is important for people to be educated of the process and responsibilities that come with Home Ownership. In addition to Real Estate Law, Nicole uses her practice (Whalen Legal Group, PC) to focus on assisting clients to make the best decisions for their family and business. Whalen Legal Group, PC practice areas also include Business Law, Estate Planning, and Nonprofits. Nicole understands that each client is unique, and tailors a plan specifically for them. Informing communities of the importance of Estate Planning and leaving a legacy for their heirs, especially if you own a business or have minor children is one her passions.
