2. Order the appraisal.
3. Order title work to make sure title work is clean.
4. Get Homeowners Insurance Quote/Declaration page
5. Submit all those conditions back to underwriting to get clear to close
6. Signed CD PACKAGE
7. Schedule closing
8. Generate Closing Package for the title review.
9. Lender and Title company balance out the numbers
10. Boom sign at the title company's office
11. Tite company sends all signed packages back to the lender to verify.
12. Lender fund the loan.
13. You get the keys to your new home.
