Attorney Kirschenbaum has served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, as well as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the United States Attorney's Office in the Northern District of Georgia. He has also held leadership positions in several professional organizations, having served as President of the Atlanta Bar Association and chair of its Criminal Law Section.
