grandchildren. Her place of origin is Brooklyn, New York where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1972, and a Master of Science in Education in 1974. After her move to Atlanta, Georgia in 1975 she earned her Juris Doctorate from Woodrow Wilson College of Law in 1984.
