Knowledge is the currency of real estate!

Like it or not, your home value is not the same as your neighbor's home value. 🤯

❌️ Values for amenities and are not given a set amount for their value (i.e. garage, basement, etc.), but based off of what's normal and typical for the property location. (One size does not fit all)

✅️ Pre-listing appraisals are best when there aren't recent comparable sales in the area, or when considering differences in acreage, renovations, or costly repairs. (What's "comparable" is debatable)

🖥 Appraisals are becoming automated! The days of in-person inspection-based inspections are slowly being replaced by data models. 💯 (Kinda saw that coming)

In real estate you need someone that stays knowledgeable to help better prepare you for your real estate journey of selling, buying or investing‼️
