practice of law also focuses on achieving justice, which is offering clients a voice in a complicated legal system. Other firms who take any case offered them are practicing a business model that forces them to quickly settle cases without becoming experts in the cases they represent. This means that justice is sacrificed because other firms haven’t developed the expertise or desire needed to achieve the highest value of the case.
