What a fab end of summer event by ADAC | ANDMORE in Buckhead at The Carlysle. I was so excited to attend the To Live and Design preview night which entailed an evening of cocktails and being inspired by beautifully decorated tablescapes by some of Atlantas top interior designers. Each designer picked trending paint colors from the Sherwin-Williams 2027 ReWild colormix collection and there was a theme happening at these tables. From warm brown to lush greens and burgundy and creams - these colors were HOT! Such a fun evening of design inspiration and kudos to all the designers who participated and always enjoy supporting our fellow home and design industry vendors. 💃🏡🎨🍽️🍷

As summer turns into fall, I’m excited to get back out into the Atlanta social scene and support our local businesses, connect with more real estate agents, interior designers and pursue more collaboration with home related vendors. Vintage is so IN this year and had to share one of my fave places to shop no pun intended on the name lol -if you like the hunt, collect antique finds or looking for unique furniture or decor or that perfect decorative piece for your home then this post is for you. I have been going to My Favorite Place for the past 10 years and it is located in Chamblee on Peachtree industrial just before all the car dealerships. It used to be a quiet store with great vendors and my secret place for amazing vintage finds but now it’s a happening store and first time I have ever seen the parking lot packed this month and the store buzzing with so much activity as the word is out. Great to see this business thriving-luv it! So If you collect anything from art to dishes, glass, mirrors, lamps, furniture pieces and more then you def gotta check it out. I’m a big fan of anything clear glass from a chic vase to collector paperweights and I’m addicted to unique acrylic furniture or decor! Today’s purchase was 2 round heavy glass candle holders and a resting flower shape single flower vase adding to my collection! 😍🛍️🌺💃

Our 4th trip back to Lake Keowee, this naturesque area off 85 North is so easy to get to and minutes from Clemson and Cashiers and not far from the Highlands and Greenville. This lake is growing on me and it is one of the clearest and such a pretty color green lake that you just want to jump right in. The weekends are for exploring as you know and we rented another cute vrbo inside of Keowee Key community and enjoyed the walking trails, marina and yummy lunch and fab dinner at their restaurants inside of this spacious community - so peaceful and relaxing I didn’t want to leave. Took some snaps and made a video of this living that you need to go check out. Even the small city of Seneca is worth a visit for cute shops and restaurants and eventually an outdoor amphitheater is almost to be completed soon. We will be back again in August to our fave vrbo that is beautifully decorated and get to see the goat farm next door and grab some eggs from the chicken coop- lol! 👍😎🐓🐐🪶

Staged and under contract to close this summer! I was thrilled to be asked to personally stage this cute ranch style home in Roswell. I had so much fun getting back out in the field as it has been several years since I have staged a listing and to see my crew in action doing such a great job. It’s no wonder we stage so many homes a year and our clients keep using us consistently for all their vacant listings. The agent was so excited to tell me the home was under contract and she said she got tons of compliments on the staging. I guess I still got my staging groove on- lol. Teamwork is what it is all about and that’s the power of home staging! 💃🏡🚛😍🙌

Wow! Had so much fun in June as we kicked off summer staging over 30 more vacant homes, talked about design tips and trends in zoom with my fav designer Lanada with Lanada Chanel Duncan | Founder, Interior Designer. And no vacancy sponsored the EXP lunch and sales meeting in Buckhead taking the event outdoors and got to meet all the new EXP agents ready to add home staging to their marketing plan!

Enjoyed attending the summer double market at and catching up with my fave first finds vendors and home showrooms! I actually got ti stage a cute condo over in Decatur myself and hadn’t staged a property like 5 years but totally enjoyed and took video. Then it was time for a summer vaca with my parents that was so needed down to Antigua- remember my videos from last year in Antigua? Aaahh memories!

So honored to be a 2026 most influential people in real estate staging once again with Home Staging Association and congrats to all the winners nationwide! Let’s get ready to stage more homes as we make our way to 200 vacant homes staged to sell this summer! Go team! 💃👍🚛🏡😎

My crew and I at no vacancy home staging have been staging vacant homes daily since January 1st and I so needed a vaca. I mean we are halfway through the year and have staged over 160 vacant homes already and counting as we make our way to 200 soon. Whewh! 😅👟👟

So come with me on my vaca to go exploring back to the west indie islands and Antigua is our stop. My parents and I loved visiting this georg island so much last year and you all saw my daily videos of my trip, so I had to share again but this time we stayed at a new 5 star resort and it was so lux and fab and this was much needed R and R for me to refresh.

Our team at no vacancy home staging has been logging some miles as it seems Cu***ng GA is having a growth spurt and lots of vacant homes being listed for sale. Thus our clients have been keeping us busy staging up in this northern area of GA and even near Lake Lanier. Check out this fab new construction build located in Pilgrim Mill Farms, a gated development with a prime Cu***ng location, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy, convenience, and luxury. Kudos to our luxury home stager and designer Elizabeth and even I pitched in and helped out with the staging of this beautiful home with a dash of some virtual staging of the exterior patio to boot! 🚛🏡🤩❤️

Thrilled to attend the summer market at AmericasMart Atlanta | ANDMORE® and take my good friend and stager from Savannah, GA Deborah Brown-Pullin with Staging-By Design and show her some of my top fave showrooms from Building 1 to Building 2 and 3. From home furnishings to decor and bed linens and more! We checked out Currey & Company CMA Home Charles Ray & Associates, Inc Napa Home & Garden and Global Views to name a few…

We did make a pit stop to say hi to my friend Lisa G a fab photog that was a top fav of mine this past winter market and she was in first finds in the high design. Had to check out her new coastal collection!🏝️🩴

Then it was over to Apparel Markets | ANDMORE® to see my good friends Maddie with A Bag Concept | Washable Handbags along with GLEAM | Blue Light Glasses ✨ and happen to run into my fav guy Tipsy Threads and of course enjoyed cocktail hour at the mart before heading out to dinner with Atlanta home stagers at Yebo in Buckhead special thanks to SW picking up the tab- say what!? Hope all the vendors had a prosperous summer market and see you all this fall! 😎🪭
