$11.5 Million Settlement Receives Final Court Approval

Hall & Lampros served as court-appointed Class Counsel in Martinez v. Mobis Alabama, LLC, et al., representing approximately 614 Mexican nationals who came to the U.S. on TN visas. The class and collective claims were resolved through an $11.5 million settlement that received final court approval on May 29, 2026. The defendants denied the allegations and liability.

New Class Action Lawsuit: Alleged Illegal License Plate Surveillance
