My Admin Today started from a licensed REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty and is now a Team of Professional Assistants that know what it takes to close the deal on time.
How We Get Paid
You're probably wondering, "How does this work?" Well once you submit your contract to our team we work hard and make sure you get to the closing table. You (The Agent) does not always have to pay for our services. Our Services are typically added to the commission from the Buyer or Seller as an Admin Fee on the following:
1. Commission Agreement to the Closing Attorney
2.Buyer Broker Agreement
3. Listing Agreement
