It has been my absolute honor and privilege to serve my community and surrounding areas as an attorney since 2008. This was my dream since I was 7 years old and getting to live your dream is an undeniable blessing from God. I want to thank everyone who gave me the opportunity to represent them. I have had a few people ask and some were shocked to find out that attorneys are considered essential and yes I am still open. Even with the shelter in place order some court is still being conducted. My office is still conducting agreed matters by video, criminal matters by video for inmates, probates and any emergency hearing. We are still able to file any matter you need help with. My office has been filing divorces, probates, bond reductions, custody cases, traffic tickets, criminal representation letters, car wrecks, and we have been doing deeds, wills, power of attorneys, and medical power of attorneys. We will continue to be here for all of your legal needs. Feel free to call and ask if you have any questions about a legal matter.

Albertson Law Firm has just finished being the first law firm to conduct hearings by camera in Cass County. I would like to thank my clients for their willingness to work with us during these times. I would also like to thank Judge Dowd, Judge Miller, Libby Harkey, and the wonderful women of the Cass County District Clerk's office for finding a way to continue to provide legal options to our citizens.

My office has remained open and will continue to be open for those in need of legal services or advice. While we do ask that you contact us by phone or email if possible we will be seeing people in person. If you are not feeling well or even think you might not be feeling well please postpone coming in until you are 100 percent healthy.

Cass County Courts have just starting allowing us to set agreed matters by video conferencing for next week so our current clients and future clients will be able to have hearings. If you have any questions please feel free to call the office at 903-796-4481.
