Justice Bieber is being accused of trademark infringement due to the cover art of his latest album, Justice. The French electronic music duo’s logo is their name with the letter T designed as a cross -- a design trope that Justin Bieber uses for his album cover. Justice’s argument is that Bieber’s cover art deceives and confuses customers into thinking that the album is associated with them.
