Our practice areas focus on the creation of families through adoption (third party, relative and second parent or step parent adoptions, re-adoptions, and adoptions from foster care) and through assisted reproductive technology (or "ART") using egg &/or s***m donors, traditional surrogates or gestational carriers. We also assist clients in their wills and estate planning needs, including the creat
ion of living or testamentary trusts for the benefit of minor children. We assist clients in completing prenuptial agreements prior to their wedding. We handle name changes for individuals, couples and children who seek a change of name to fit their familial or gender identity. Finally, we assist clients through the probate process. COVID-19 Message: In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, all employees, clients and visitors to our office are required to wear a mask at all times. Our office is located in a small ranch house and we meet with clients in the conference room located next to the reception area. Inside the conference room, we maintain a social distance of six feet, as advised by the CDC. Whenever possible, we will hold meetings via Zoom at the client’s option, including all initial consultations. The one exception is the meeting at which clients will be signing their Last Will & Testament, which will be held in person.
