Though my daily work is my legal specialty, estate planning, I keep my eyes open for other legal issues which commonly affect my clients. One issue I am seeing frequently are injuries from faulty medical devices, primarily hip replacements. If you or a loved one has had a hip replacement, it may be worth contacting your orthopedic surgeon’s office to make sure your device is not one of the many thousands of implants which have been recalled. If it is, you may be entitled to compensation from the medical device company for the damage and pain the device has caused you and your loved ones. Contact Hartman Private Law today at 404-271-5646 to discuss this matter and any possible recovery.
