We where referred a disputed liability road wreck case. Kevin filed the case and discovery started. After depositions a-lot was learned and today we resolved it for $5,000,000.00. Kevin worked hard on the case and started the case off preparing for Trial.

Recent resolution of another car wreck case where Kevin was able to get the Insurance Company to tender the entire policy limits of $100,000.00.

At first the wreck didn't look like much and was noted that the property damage was minor. However the client actually received surgery recommendation and this helped us in obtaining the policy limits.
