I don’t understand what’s going on! 🤷🏽‍♂️

It’s snowing! ❄️
There are actual snowflakes!
Snow is ON THE GROUND!

And Omaha is like: “yeah, we’re good.” 🥱

Atlanta would’ve been: “Code Red. Schools closed. Roads abandoned. National Guard on standby. Milk-and-bread apocalypse!!”

Why is my flight on time!!!??? 😱

Hilton Omaha— hotel lobby “gypsy office” established.
Prepping for depo in federal RICO in District of Nebraska.

24 counts! 🤦‍♂️ (including Feds alleging our clients of “reckless disregard” by “attempting” to harbor undocumented workers.)

Mildly concerned I’ll be indicted under RICO for jaywalking—bc. the pedestrian next to me showed “reckless disregard” by “attempting” to cross just before the light turned green.

But if the laptop gives out, got backup typewriter on standby—just as draconian as the federal sentencing guidelines. ⌨️⚖️

Forsyth County is officially the foundation of my 2026 spiritual practice in patience.

Only one assigned solicitor can handle a PC hearing. If she’s not there? Reset for another month.
Then—plot twist—they indict the case so you never actually get a PC hearing & all the effort was about making friends along the way.

A waiver of arraignment lets you skip court… but —plot twist— must be filed IN PERSON.

I’m not mad. I’m just spiritually evolving. 🧘‍♂️⚖️

As a criminal defense lawyer, at least twice a week (thrice on weekends), I get asked: “How can you represent the worst criminals in society?” (You know… alleged murderers, armed robbers, drug dealers, smugglers, and that one guy who swears the co***ne “just blew into his car.”)

If this question has ever occurred to you about me or my colleagues, allow me show you a mirror:

* Do you not make a living?
* Do you not go to work?
* Do you do your job as a professional— as a doctor, salesperson, server, manager, engineer, whatever?

Now imagine this:
You’re a doctor. Your next patient walks in.

Before you treat them, do you ask:
* “Excuse me, are you a teacher or a violent felon?”
* “A firefighter or a drug dealer?”
* “A scientist or an armed robber?”

* Do you even care?
* Are you supposed to care?
* Or are you supposed to... you know… do your job?

* You heal, you help, you act professionally.
* And nobody judges you for treating all patients, right?
* In fact, we call that being a professional.

Then, why are criminal defense lawyers any different?

* My job—my duty—is to defend people, not their charges.
* To ensure that the system plays by its own rules (which most of them are rigged against us).
* To stand between any human being and the overwhelming power of the government.
* And to do it regardless of what someone is accused of. (Key word: accused.)

* & not just for my client but to ensure the integrity of the process stays intact for the rest of us.
* Bc. if it breaks down for my client, it can break down for anyone else.

So the next time you wonder how I represent “those people,” remember:

* Every profession has its duty.
* Mine just happens to be protecting rights, ensuring fairness, and—on a good day—keeping society from accidentally steamrolling its own citizens.

Hired 2 days before trial… immediately argued immunity motion (bc. self-defense is still a thing).

After 8 witnesses & Cross-examining 4 of State’s (including an expert neurosurgeon):

✅ Motion GRANTED
✅ ALL FELONIES DISMISSED

No gimmicks– just some elbow grease, long hours, & courtroom sweat!

Y’all have to stop doing dumb🧠 things over the weekend (like picking partners 💔that will entrap you into getting an Aggravated Stalking charges which is a non-bailable offense 🚫⛓️‍💥by a magistrate 👨🏽‍⚖️)… BUT I do appreciate y’all choosing the most scenic counties amongst north Georgia mountains ⛰️with hidden gems like a vegan cafe 🍽️ tucked away in cozy little plaza🏫!
