Another felony case dismissed. This one involving four counts of aggravated assault. Huge thank you to my amazing co-counsel Roberta Robinson for her invaluable insight and experience. Here is to continuing the fight to achieve justice for all!

Succeeded today in getting serious felony charges dismissed for a client who did nothing wrong other than engaged in a peaceful protest back in 2020. As lawyers we have to deal with way too many instances when justice is not being served and it can be heart breaking. It is times like this that make it worthwhile and renew the hope while continuing the fight to achieve justice for all!
