If you get arrested:
1. DO NOT talk. The only words that should come out of your pie hole are “I want my lawyer.”
2. Bond out, if possible.
3. Call me during business hours and we will discuss the situation. I better not hear that you gave a statement. I don’t want to see you on body cam/interview video having diarrhea of the mouth.
4. Re-read #1. The cops are NOT trying to help you; they are trying to assist in your prosecution.
