Athens Peer Court

Athens Peer Court Athens Peer Court is a community leadership program in which trained youth volunteers serve as the l Lumpkin Street, Athens, GA 30602.

Athens Peer Court is formed in collaboration by the Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court, the University of Georgia's Fanning Institute and UGA's School of Law Street Law Student Group.

***ATTENTION***

High school students with an interest in law, volunteer work, or simply building a new

skill set are invited to train to become volunteers for Athens Peer Court!! Upon completion of training, students will have the opportunity to work on cases and be an active member of this community organization. We will begin a 14 hour training course for peer court volunteers on January 22nd. The schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, January 22, 5:30-8:30PM
Saturday, January 26, 9:00AM-3:00PM
Thursday, January 31, 5:30-8:30PM
Sunday, February 3rd, 1:00-3:00PM

All training will take place at the Fanning Institute, located at 1240 S.
