Some days remind us why we chose this profession.

Today, Matthew had the incredible privilege of finalizing his very first adoption in Bradley County Circuit Court. While every adoption is special, this one will always hold a special place in his heart. Being entrusted to walk alongside a family that means so much to him—from close friends who have truly become family—made this day even more meaningful.

This journey has been years in the making and has required unwavering faith, perseverance, and, above all, an incredible amount of love. Today, that love was made official.

At Rogers Law, we know adoption is about so much more than legal documents. It's about creating forever families, celebrating unconditional love, and witnessing lives changed for the better.

It has been an honor and a privilege to help guide this family through their journey and to celebrate this beautiful new beginning with them. Moments like these remind us that practicing law is about people, relationships, and making a lasting difference.

Congratulations to this amazing family! We are beyond grateful to have been a small part of your story, and we wish you a lifetime of love, joy, and cherished memories together. ❤️

We’re honored to be leading the appeal in the Sweetwater Duck Hunter case, a matter that has sparked statewide discussion about Tennessee hunting laws and local government authority.

As this case moves to the Tennessee Court of Appeals, we remain committed to advocating for clear, uniform application of Tennessee law.
