📄Position: Full-Time Paralegal (Personal Injury)
DeGeorge & Polverini Law is a growing, women-owned law firm dedicated to strong advocacy, client-centered service, and a positive, supportive team culture. We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our expanding firm and assist our Partner, Gianna DeGeorge, with personal injury cases.

🔎 Responsibilities
• Draft, organize, and manage legal documents, including discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and correspondence
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Request, review, and track medical records, bills, and insurance documents
• Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met
• Prepare case summaries, mediation materials, and trial prep documents
• Assist attorneys with daily case management and administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional client support and maintain confidentiality at all times
📌 Requirements
• 3-5 years of prior paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and basic legal procedures
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with case management software (NEOS) is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, grow, and a strong sense of professionalism
⭐ Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
• Paralegal certificate or related degree
• Experience in personal injury or litigation
• Familiarity with Ohio courts and filing procedures
• Bilingual
• Strong customer service background
