Ladies and gentlemen, We’ve had a few invalid Wills come in lately so here is a solid, universal piece of advice. Please hire a lawyer to write your Will. They are highly technical and have to be prepared and signed in a certain way. So let’s spend a little to save a lot. ❤️

Worked with a couple today who decided to mediate their divorce with no lawyers. They came in together, worked out a plan, signed their documents, and left together. Throughout the entire conversation, their child was at the forefront. Every now and then, we get a little glimmer of hope for the future in this office. 😊

As the new Cheatham County jail open house is occurring today, if you are tempted to say “this place is too nice for criminals,” keep in mind that inmates assigned to newer/nicer kept facilities have a 36% reduction in recidivism. This means 36% less crime, 36% less victims, 36% less tax dollars spent. Even if you think the defendants aren’t entitled to a new facility, our community is.
