We are thrilled to announce that Jack Pearson has joined us as a new Partner! The firm is now officially Lancaster + Pearson Law Firm, PLLC.

Jack earned his law degree from Drexel University in 2013. After building a successful career in another field, he returned to his true passion for the law and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2024. He focuses on helping clients navigate real estate transactions with clarity, practicality, and meticulous attention to detail.

Jack lives in North Asheville with his wife. When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, hiking the beautiful trails around the region, exploring Asheville’s unique neighborhoods, or cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Whether you’re buying your first home, making a property investment, or handling a more complex real estate matter, Jack is committed to making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
