Hey everyone! I just want to thank you all for your kind words and support during this devestating time. It’s impossible to put into words what I’m seeing and the stories I’m hearing on a daily basis but we are in a total state of emergency across Western North Carolina. Thousands of people are trapped with roads that have totally disappeared. Hundreds of thousands are without power and water. The city of Asheville alone will likely be 6-8 weeks without water and sewer. The beautiful thing is that our community is so resilient and we are coming together in ways I’ve never seen before. I’m eager to continue to help where I can and be a source of hope moving forward.

Thank you all for your support and especially those that have graciously donated money to my assistant, Sheila, as she and her family begin to pick up the pieces and start from scratch.
