Excited to welcome Tiffany Yates to the team!
Tiffany is a results-driven attorney with over eight years of experience representing clients in complex estate, real property, and tort matters. Known for her strategic litigation skills and steady courtroom presence, she has secured favorable outcomes in fiduciary disputes, trust contests, will challenges, and high-stakes property conflicts — including successful appeals before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
In addition to her litigation practice, Tiffany advises homeowners’ and condominium owners’ associations (HOAs/COAs) on governance issues and legal compliance, including drafting and amending governing documents.
Committed to access to justice and community engagement, Tiffany has led pro bono initiatives for veterans, collaborated on legal reforms, and regularly volunteers her time and skills to support underserved communities. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society.
Tiffany earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and graduated summa cm laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from UNC Asheville.
An Asheville native, outside of work, enjoys hiking in the North Carolina mountains, is an avid musician, and volunteers regularly with local community and youth organizations.
