On this , we are taking another look at one of our projects from years past. From groundbreaking to completion, our team has been fully invested in the story of 45 Asheland. Looking back at our early photos, it’s fun to see how far the building (and phone camera quality) has come.
Having been there from the planning stages to the ground breaking fully equipped with ribbon-cutting with local media outlets, it’s a pleasure to see how this building has flourished. It now features easy access to Asheville Yards. In fact, we often see people jamming out from their balconies to a sold out concert!
41 transactions later, beginning with the very first closings in late 2018, our connection to this space has only grown. We continue to work closely with the developer and architect behind the project on new projects around town.
