With half our brokerage staff being CCIM designees, we have the largest assemblage of CCIM’s in Western North Carolina. This designation is considered the PhD of commercial real estate knowledge, and has been earned by less than 5% of commercial practitioners. It is the most respected designation in the profession, yet is held by less than 2,500 real estate brokers worldwide. Our firm is licensed in North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. According to Karnes Research, Whitney Commercial Real Estate Services held a 24% market share of closed sales and leases in 2010, and we continue to improve our market share from then through today. In Property Management, it is no easy task to become an Accredited Management Organization (AMO). In fact, only 550 or so firms in the world hold this highly-coveted accreditation. James and Jason put the brakes on spreadsheets and phone calls for a couple hours of tire squeals and limitless speeds this week at the BMW Performance Center in North Carolina. This experience was the grand prize for an internal competition between brokers, and the two winners made the most of every minute. They were grateful for a day of adrenaline, laughter, and a lot of fun.
