Nancy Leavitt was born and raised a Jersey girl and has come back from the wild woods of nearby Milford PA! Born in Newark, she grew up in Sussex County, NJ, spending her summers at the Jersey shore, where she graduated from Newton High School in 1983, then studied music education at Westminster Choir College in Princeton. When they moved to PA in 1990 they purchased a house just outside of town a
nd have since lived, raised two sons there, while they built a successful plumbing business in NJ. Through the years, Nancy has made herself a true part of the community. She was very involved with sons, Chris & Zac, as they played both soccer and baseball; from t-ball with Babe Ruth through Delaware Valley High School, winning the baseball State Championship and the Regional Championship in soccer. These formative years gave her a unique perspective and insight into the local school systems, businesses and allowed her to really get to know this wonderful area. Nancy began her sales career selling insurance for Prudential in NJ 30 years ago. In 1994, she and Steve opened Leavitt Plumbing & Heating, specializing in large custom homes, working with one of NJ’s premier custom home builders, James J Eskin. This unique combination of construction acumen and sales experience makes her keenly aware of a given property’s potential for both buyers and investors alike. Nancy started her real estate career in 2011 with Weichert and started 2014 by joining Keller Williams Real Estate. She intends to become a part of the economic recovery and sees a bright future ahead for us all. Customer service is at the forefront of her sales philosophy whether she is working with buyers or sellers. Nancy has been the recipient of the "NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award" for two consecutive years 2015 & 2016 since getting her NJ real estate license.

Leavitt, a 21-year Milford resident, is a new member of the Pike/Wayne Association of REALTORS® and the newest member of the sales team at WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Ruffino Real Estate. Leavitt, who is a long-time friend of Realtor/Owner Donna Ruffino, came to the firm with 20 years in the construction business to her credit, as the co-owner of Leavitt Plumbing & Heating.
