CA Tax Express is a year around Tax Accounting firm serving clients throughout Kern County for over 25 years based in the City of Arvin, CA. We are looking for an Office assistant that is willing to learn and excel.
This is a part time temporary hourly paid position. (25 to 35 hrs per week) Pay depending on experience
Job Description:
• General front office skills
• Assemble client data
• Filing, daily
• Scanning and copying
• Make files/labels
• Client interviewing
• Data Entry

Skills/Requirements
• Bilingual Spanish Proficient (read, write, speak)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate/Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• An ability to work independently
• An ability to work to meet deadlines
• An ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail is a must
Education/Experience
• High School graduate with some college courses preferred
• 2 + years of experience in office setting or support role is a plus

CA Tax Express will be transmitting to the IRS starting February 12. We urge our clients to use direct deposit in order to spees up the process.
