If your Facebook posts are struggling, 9 times out of 10 it’s because you didn’t give the platform enough meat 🍆 to work with.
💋We all like to think Facebook reads minds, but the truth is to succeed with your posts you have to put in enough words. Since 2015 Facebook computers has been trying to understand the context of our posts and serve it to the right people.
💋 But when Realtors make posts like “Hey, look at this!” Facebook doesn’t understand what it is and who it should show it to, so it falls flat. And if you’re like me you don’t like flat.
💋 So remember to put in the work… and the words for successful posts.

💋 I hope your answer is a resounding 'hell no!' That's too much work for too little pay. Yet, real estate offices, property management companies - heck, even individual Realtors - pass on that opportunity every day.
💋 In an online world, we all need an audience to sell what we've got - and no company builds an audience for you faster and cheaper than Facebook. Your investment can be as little as $2 a day to get in front of 50-150 new faces. From that, you'll grow a following, and from that, you'll develop a customer base.
💋 Sweetheart, this is the easiest hack of all time - and no one is doing it well, or consistently. I make dozens of sales and conversions every month from it, and you should too.

No one likes being left behind.
💋 The fear of missing out is a powerful motivator in the sales process. The possibility of missing a great deal, missing the opportunity to be in a great neighborhood-school district-city all play into the value calculus clients make.
💋 Ethically speaking, using FOMO to influence a sale is a no-no, but so too is not pointing out the things a client may regret later. As trusted advisors, it's up to us to balance risk/reward without inflating one or the other
