➡️ Condos & Townhomes: Buyers have more options here — inventory is up 15.5%. Prices nudged higher to $219K, and homes are taking about 40 days to sell.

📈 Overall: Prices remain strong, but with more inventory in the condo/townhome market, buyers may finally have a little more breathing room.
