Many of you who are active in the DC cycling community may know David Miller. David is a great bike racer, and has been active in the cyclocross community for many years. He is also a long time employee of The Bicycle Pro Shop in Georgetown. He is also a veteran, and an all around great human being. Last December, he was diagnosed with throat cancer, and has undergone heavy chemotherapy and radiation treatments. He also had no health insurance, and the financial impact on Dave has been enormous. I encourage all of you in the DC cycling community to contribute whatever you can to help Dave get back on his feet. No contribution is too small to help out a brother in need. Thank you.

The legislation expands automated traffic enforcement and accelerates improvements to bike and pedestrian infrastructure.
