SCM Real Estate Services has obtained two new leases at the Vandergriff Town Center in downtown Arlington.

The Fool's Kava House has signed a lease for a 61-month term, securing 932 square feet of prime retail space. Acting as the Landlord's broker for this transaction was SCM’s Renee Efimoff, while David Brown of David Christopher and Associates represented the tenant.

Additionally, The Howse Salon has committed to a 63-month lease for 1,577 square feet of premium space within the complex. Once again, Renee Efimoff of SCM Real Estate Services facilitated the transaction on behalf of the Landlord, while Cameron Pope with DFW Commercial RE acted as the tenant's broker.

The new tenants add further diversity to this thriving and vibrant downtown community. With its convenient location near the University of Texas at Arlington campus, the Vandergriff Town Center has been an integral part of downtown Arlington’s retail scene.

SCM Real Estate Services has completed a new off-market acquisition transaction for Southeast Grinding and Grooving. The buyer, Mr. Stefan Frame from Georgia, had been actively searching for an industrial property with land for approximately three months before SCM sourced this prime opportunity.

The property, located at 441 CR 4841 in Haslet, includes two 5,000 square foot buildings situated on five acres of meticulously developed and gated land.

The efficiency of the negotiation process was a testament to the dedication and expertise of all parties involved. Within a mere five days of initial contact, a signed contract was secured with the seller, ProTurf, a leading expert in artificial turf installations at stadiums nationwide.

This year we are celebrating 20 years of proud ownership of the Historic Vandergriff building in downtown Arlington.

Once a thriving Chevrolet dealership, the building sat vacant for decades until Gary Walker and the team at SCM purchased and restored it to its former glory.

The Vandergriff is now home to modern, well-appointed office suites and has helped drive the revitalization of downtown Arlington.
