So this week on the Colleyville Rehab, we have a lot of inside prep going on. You'll see what the inside of a house being textured and repainted looks like. There's a glimpse of what the final bathrooms will look like, and our countertops are in with the kitchen. We also have a touching moment where Chip hug's our pool guy for taking our old filter for parts. :P

It's been a bit since my last update. This is sort of a combination "Lost Footage" update where I've gone ahead and combined some stuff from before the grass went in. After this video, there was a gap in weekly updates due to the stress of constantly trying to get the job back on track. We went through 2 painters trying to get someone to do a solid job for the price.

This update is right before the sod went in and the pool got fixed. We've got some nice drone footage of the front and the back in this state. I did a short update showing how beat up our soffit and facia were before replacement. You'll see the change in the next video. We got everything cleaned up but it was over 2 weeks in between.

I also took some time to discuss the sloping issue with the back pool deck and go over what was coming up at the time.

It's time we got around to introducing ourselves. We are Redemption Home Solutions. My name is Christopher Hill and I am the owner of Redemption Home Solutions. We are a Christian company that exists primarily to empower homeowners by helping them understand all of the options that exist when it comes to buying or selling a home. We strive to elevate everyone we work with to reach for their maximum potential and achieve things they didn't think were possible for them.

In the long run, this business will be a driving force to create a foundation to help found a maternity home in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Ultimately we are here to do the Lord's work and be a light to the people around us. There's a lot more to us than just "We Buy Houses". We also provide jobs and restore communities with the end goal of serving those same communities as well.
