For some families, preparing the home and putting it on the market makes sense.

For others, selling as is may be the better fit.

I coordinated an independent estate company to sell what they could and clear what remained.

Then we had another decision to make. Prepare the home for the open market or sell it as-is, off market?

After talking through the options, this family chose to sell as-is, off market.
