A HUGE CONGRATS to these new HOMEOWNERS!!! 🎉
Buying a home is truly something to be so proud of! Simona and Ron, trusted me and came in strong. We had to bid on this beauty against MULTIPLE other BUYERS! Not only did we win, but we were also able to negotiate a WHOPPING $35,000 PRICE REDUCTION on this home during attorney review!

I’VE MOVED, and I’M FLYING SOLO! Thanks to all of you (my followers and past, current, and future clients) the last 3 years have been MONUMENTAL to my growth!!!
It’s time I MOVED TO a brokerage with higher tech, better systems, and resources so that I can better service my clients.
I’m now a SOLO AGENT with . (SAME 📞 CELL but NEW 📧 EMAIL ADDRESS. This change will allow me to start my own real estate team in the near future and help more brokers help EVEN MORE FAMILIES.

Client Spotlight ✨

The Kansara’s and I worked together for almost 15 MONTHS! Yes you read that correctly. They trusted me to guide them through their new construction purchase from start to finish. Together we chose a beautiful lot with great resale value, picked out finishes and colors for the countertops, floors, cabinets, hardware, etc. And they used a trusted attorney referral of mine to guide them to finish line.

15 Months later they finally have their new construction HOME! Seeing the smiles on their faces was priceless. Safe to say the Kansara’s will be loving this home for many many years to come!

🚨 WHY RENTING IN CHICAGO SUCKS RIGHT NOW 🚨
In my 6.5 years in the industry this is by far the CRAZIEST RENTAL MARKET I’ve witnessed. With interest rate hikes numerous buyers have rerouted to renting for some time which has caused an insane DEMAND for rentals. Many rentals are receiving anywhere from 4-10 applications and many of them are offering ABOVE ASKING ON THE RENTAL PRICE!
If you plan on buying, be sure to give yourself some time to navigate the process and find your new home. From the day you find your new home and the seller accepts your offer you need an additional 30-45 days to take ownership. This is why starting 4-5 months prior to your lease end date is CRUCIAL!
