CASA 101: The Role of a Volunteer 🔎

CASA volunteers get to know the child, gather information from adults in the child’s life, and make recommendations to the court about what’s in the child’s best interest.
They spend time with the child, attend court hearings, and advocate for their needs in school, placements, services, and more - helping ensure no child faces the child welfare system alone.
