Anyone can pull up a website and browse homes for sale.

What actually matters is having someone who knows when to slow things down and when to tell you the truth, even when it’s not what you want to hear.

Not because they’re the most exciting, but because they can make the entire experience smoother and save you from unnecessary stress. 📦🏡🧼

Here are 5 things we’d rarely recommend cutting corners on:

✔️ A quality home inspection (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
✔️ A professional moving company
✔️ A deep clean before move in
✔️ Fresh paint before you unpack
✔️ A termite inspection and bait stations installed when needed

Every buyer’s situation is different, but these are a few expenses we’ve seen pay off time and time again. 🙌🏼
