't fighting for the little guy(or gal), he's working on projects in his garage or outdoors with his 4 boys(and wife). Bill currently resides in Mesa, Arizona, but grew up in Apple Valley, Minnesota. He studied at University of Wisconsin for his undergraduate degree, Iowa State University for his MBA and Mitchell Hamline School of Law for his JD. He is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona, Iowa and Minnesota.

🌸 Spring is Here — Are You Ready for Storm Season?
Here’s a quick checklist to protect your home and your insurance claim:

✅ Take fresh photos of your roof, siding, windows, and interior ceilings.
✅ Save a copy of your full insurance policy (and know where it is!).
✅ Keep receipts for any home improvements (roof repairs, upgrades, etc.).
✅ Make a home inventory — photos or a simple list of your major items.
✅ Set a reminder to save news/weather reports after a big storm.
✅ Document everything if you have damage: photos, video, and notes about conversations with insurance adjusters.

⚠️ Important tips:

Don't throw away damaged materials until your insurer inspects them.

Don’t start major repairs without written approval from your insurer.

The more you document, the stronger your claim — and the faster you get paid.
