Our Dakota County Northern Service Center Pop-Up Produce distribution is happening TOMORROW, January 13th, from 3-6pm. This is the first time we're hosting this Pop-Up Produce in the winter, and we'll be INDOORS.

This isn’t about LADC, but because the DCAO intervenes in so many of our cases, ensuring that fair child support obligations get established, we want to make sure they get qualified applicants!

The Dakota County Attorney’s Office is now hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant in the Child Support Division. This position is located at the Northern Service Center in West St. Paul. Legal Administrative Assistants are an integral part of the team as they support our Assistant County Attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing complex calendars and more.

Three times a week, LADC provides legal advice to tenants who are facing eviction because of a family crisis, an illness, or a layoff. We help them understand the law, evaluate their situations, and explain their choices.
