Something you should know....
I'm in a new season of real estate. Real Estate itself is ever changing & the 2020-2023 years taught me a lot about myself & how I want to run my business.
I want to be present, patient & give each client my full attention but...
I won't message you first & invade your inbox and I won't lie to you to get your business. I will always be honest about taxes, drive time, payments, how commission works....ask me, I'll tell you or I'll send you the resources you need.
I've been helping families move to and from Tampa for over 12 years. I've been a top producer and I've been the most recommended person on a post asking for a Realtor. I have the awards and the 5 star reviews.
What does all that mean? Nothing really. When you're looking for a Realtor to help you move you want someone who hears you, who understands your unique needs, who is experienced & knowledgeable but who actually cares about you & not just about checking off another sale to post on social media. I've always run my business a little different than most. I have also bought and sold several properties myself and it's emotional, it's stressful, it's a lot of "is this the right house?" "should I pay the buyers closing costs?" "what if the sale falls apart?" I've asked myself those questions plenty of times and I've been there to guide my clients when they ask me those questions and more.
Awards & accolades are great, but when you're looking for a Realtor seek out that warm, welcoming "I've got you" feeling. That's the feeling I strive to give every client because buying or selling a home should never feel like just a transaction.
Bonus - I know where all the good local coffee shops are so I'm a good contact to have regardless if you're buying or selling 😂😜
